Legal, in Plain Words

Realms is a web design studio at 1 King St West, Toronto, Ontario M5H 1A1, Canada. Email corey@realmsstudio.com.

Only what you type into our forms or booking page: name, email, business, links and your message. We use it to reply to you, and for nothing else. We never sell it. Bookings run through Calendly, under its own privacy policy. The calendar loads only when you ask for it.

This site runs no analytics and sets no cookies of its own.

We build a concept only from a business’s public information. Concepts are private, unlisted and hidden from search engines. We remove one on request, or after 30 days without a reply. Some concepts use labelled, generated mood images. They never show your staff, patients, premises or results.

Every email has our name and address, and a way to opt out. Reply ‘stop’ and we stop, for good.

The terms of a project are in the written proposal you sign before work starts. Nothing on this site is a contract.

The Website Transformation includes 30 days of post-launch support, counted from the day your site goes live.

For the Website Transformation: if your site isn’t live in 30 days, you get your money back, and you keep the site.

• The clock starts when we have your logo, photos, services, pricing and booking link. Not when you sign.
• It pauses while you review.
• Two rounds of changes fit inside the 30 days.
• Delays on your side don’t count.
• On a payment plan, payments need to be up to date.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. We design websites. We make no claims about treatments or results.

Email us and we’ll tell you what we hold about you, fix it, or delete it.
